Step 6 Check Nearby Memory: 

Open the memory filter for the identified address and find a nearby address with the value 3D.

Step 7 Modify and Freeze: 

Change the 3D address to 0, freeze the value, and save the address before modifying in case of errors.

Step 8 Confirm No Cooldown: 

Return to the game, use the skill, and verify if the cooldown is removed.
